Objectives

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Delivery of specified catering items on 16 June 2026 at 10h00.
• Food products must be halal and individually wrapped in transparent containers with subdivisions.
• Provision of bottled water (500ml), fruit juices (500ml), and assorted sweet treats (small caramel horn, milk tart, koeksister, peppermint tart).
• All catering items must meet health and safety standards and be suitable for the event.
• Suppliers must provide the necessary cutlery and napkins.
• Pricing must include all delivery charges and be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date.
