Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver corporate gifts, including branded presentation folders, recycle pens, and drawstring bags, to meet the municipality's promotional and corporate needs.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of specified promotional items on behalf of Saldanha Bay Municipality. The items include:

• 150 branded A4 presentation folders
• 150 branded recycle pens
• 150 drawstring bags

The delivery must be completed by 1 June 2026 to the specified delivery address, with all branding and packaging in accordance with provided guidelines.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Provision of branded promotional items as per the sample images provided.
• Items must be branded according to the branding guidelines, with logos sent to the appointed service provider.
• Pricing must be inclusive of delivery charges.
• Quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date.
• All items must conform to the specifications outlined in the pricing schedule.
