Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Supply of food service staff uniforms including jackets, trousers, shirts, and related items as per Annexure A specifications.
• Uniforms must meet the quality standards specified, including size, colour, material, and design details.
• Compliance with SABS or SANS approved standards is mandatory.
• Uniforms should be new, unused, and conform to the latest models with all recent design improvements.
• Uniforms must be delivered in packaging that prevents damage during transit and storage.
• Delivery to be made in accordance with the specified delivery schedule and documentation requirements.
• All uniforms must be supplied with appropriate sizing, colour, and material as detailed in the specifications.

Skills Requirements

• Bidder must demonstrate capacity to supply and deliver uniforms meeting technical specifications.
• Provision of quality assurance and compliance documentation, including SABS/SANS approval certificates.
• Ability to meet delivery deadlines and provide after-sales support if required.
• Experience in supplying uniforms to healthcare or similar institutions.
• Capability to provide samples for approval prior to bulk supply.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, including submission of all required documentation and compliance with administrative requirements.
