Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering a stainless steel mayor tray that meets specified standards and requirements for Ceza / Thulasizwe Hospital. • Adjustable stainless steel major tray with small wheels.
• Tray equipped with end wheels for mobility.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

Bidder must demonstrate:

• Legal and operational capacity to supply hospital-grade medical equipment.
• Compliance with all administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements, including registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Ability to meet technical specifications and quality standards (e.g., SABS).
• Provision of relevant documentation such as a SARS tax clearance, VAT registration (if applicable), and proof of manufacturing or distribution capabilities.
• Experience in supplying medical or hospital equipment, with references or previous contracts as evidence.
