Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure high-quality, certified N95 particulate filter respirator masks to support infection prevention and control measures at the Sundumbili Community Health Centre. Scope

Technical Requirements

• Product must be a particulate filtering N95 face piece respirator designed for infection control.

• All items must be brand new, unused, and carry a minimum shelf life of six months from the date of delivery.
• Packaging must strictly follow the specified configuration: boxes of 35 units.

• Top-scoring bidders may be required to submit physical samples for independent verification against the specification.
• Full adherence to general and special conditions of contract, including performance security, delivery timelines, and warranty clauses.

Skills & Capacity Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying medical-grade personal protective equipment or similar healthcare commodities to public or private institutions.
• Documented proof of successful prior deliveries (e.g., order confirmations and delivery notes).
• Strong logistical and distribution capabilities to ensure timely, undamaged delivery to regional health facilities.
• Administrative competence to compile and submit all mandatory compliance documentation, including tax clearance, B-BBEE status, CSD registration, and preference point claims.
• Ability to manage post-award processes, including sample provision, warranty servicing, and compliance with performance monitoring.
