Technical Requirements

• All quotations must be on the company's official letterhead and include pricing per item or bill of quantities.
• Delivery charges must be included in the total price.
• Suppliers must submit all compulsory forms, including declaration of interest, preference points claim, and certificate for independent bid determination.
• Proof of B-BBEE status and locality (municipal account or lease agreement) must be provided to claim preference points.
• Items must conform to specified technical standards; non-conforming items may result in additional costs or disqualification.
• Waste generated during delivery or installation must be properly contained and disposed of at registered facilities.

Skills Requirements

• Understanding of procurement procedures and compliance with the General Conditions of Contract.
