The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver printed HPV registers and related IEC materials, including posters, leaflets, and cards, to support HPV vaccination campaigns and cervical cancer prevention efforts within the KwaZulu-Natal Province. The project aims to ensure high-quality, standardized educational and record-keeping materials are available for health promotion and vaccination activities.

Materials must meet specified design, size, color, and quality standards, and be delivered shrink-wrapped to designated addresses within Umgungundlovu District. The contract is a once-off delivery, with a validity period of 90 days for quotations.
