Closed Quotes shall be stapled and placed in sealed envelopes, endorsed “CQ 4126/11 BOOKLET- and must be placed in the Closed Quote Box at the SCM Unit, No.2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza, not later than 12h00 on the 8th DECEMBER 2025, where all quotes will be opened in public. Late, electronic or faxed Quotes will not be accepted.
The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of supplying and delivering promotion booklets as specified by KwaDukuza Municipality's Supply Chain Management Unit. The aim is to ensure the timely and efficient distribution of promotional materials to meet municipal communication needs.
