Objectives

Technical Requirements

• The booklets must be unisex immunisation and health record booklets for children.
• Size, colour, and material specifications should meet the quality standards indicated (e.g., good quality, suitable for health record purposes).
• Samples of the product must be provided upon request for quality verification.
• The product must comply with the attached specifications and quality standards.
• The delivery must be made to the specified location: R74 Greytown Road, Maphumulo 4470, near the security main gate of Umphumulo Hospital.
• The delivery period is once-off, with the expectation that the supplier will meet the specified delivery schedule.

Skills Requirements
