Scope of Work

The contract covers the supply and delivery of fixed-period license renewals for two software products: Adobe Acrobat Pro and AnyDesk Standard. Renewals will align with the client's current anniversary dates and existing account configurations. The procurement is strictly limited to license activation and delivery, with no additional implementation, training, or consulting services required.

Technical Requirements

• Provide firm, all-inclusive pricing valid for 60 days, covering all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery costs.
• Submit mandatory documentary proof of formal partnership or authorisation with both an authorised Adobe partner/reseller and an authorised AnyDesk partner/reseller.
• Comply with all statutory municipal bidding documentation, including prescribed MBD forms, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) documentation.
• Adhere to standard public sector contract conditions, including performance security, warranty provisions, data protection compliance, and occupational health and safety agreements.
• Bids failing to meet mandatory documentation or functionality thresholds will be automatically disqualified.

Skills Requirements
