Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a reliable supplier for the supply and delivery of N95 Particulate Respirators (Masks) to Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. The goal is to ensure the hospital is equipped with certified, high-quality masks that meet safety and performance standards for protection against airborne pathogens and fluid penetration.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply of 300 boxes of N95 particulate respirator masks, with each box containing 35 units.
• Delivery of the masks to Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal.
• Provision of masks that conform to specified standards, including NIOSH approval, ASTM Level 3 fluid resistance, and 95% filtration efficiency against 0.1-micron particles.
• Adherence to technical specifications, quality assurance, and timely delivery within the contract period.
