Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier for the supply and delivery of balaclava masks to Manguzi Hospital, ensuring timely and quality provision of the specified goods to meet the hospital's operational needs.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of 2 units of balaclava masks, as specified in the item description. The procurement covers the entire process from quotation collection, technical and administrative evaluation, to final delivery at the designated hospital location.

Technical Requirements

• The items must conform to the detailed specifications provided in the annexure, including size, colour, material, and quality standards.
• Samples may be required for inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• The goods must meet the relevant South African standards (S.A.N.S./S.A.B.S.) specifications.
• Delivery must be completed within the specified delivery period, with all necessary documentation accompanying the shipment.
• The supplier must provide warranties, technical manuals, and spare parts as applicable.
• All packaging must ensure goods are protected during transit and storage.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

• Ability to supply medical-grade protective masks that meet specified standards and quality requirements.
