Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver standardized clinical records printed in color, including various specific charts and documentation, to Harry Gwala Regional Hospital. The aim is to ensure the availability of high-quality, standardized, and compliant clinical records that meet child health standards and facilitate effective clinical documentation and data capture.

Scope

The scope encompasses the procurement, printing, and delivery of various pediatric and neonatal clinical record sheets and charts, including child death data capture sheets, children’s coma scale, wound assessment charts, management charts for convulsions, hypoglycemia, nebulization, and other related documentation. The items are to be printed on specified paper quality, with specific color and size requirements, and delivered as a once-off order to Harry Gwala Regional Hospital within the contract period.

Technical Requirements

• Print both sides in full color on 80g bond A4 white paper.
• 100 leaves per pad, padded at the head.
• Use 235g craft backing board.
• Punch 2 holes per sheet.
• Items include child death data sheets, children’s coma scale, neonatal wound assessment, convulsion management, hypoglycemia management, nebulization charts, paediatric observation charts, and others as specified.
• Items must conform to the detailed specifications provided, including size, color, material, and quality standards.
• Delivery must be made to Harry Gwala Regional Hospital, with all packaging and documentation compliant with contractual and technical standards.
