Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of creosote, specifically one load of 32 tons, to Mozambique at the IFLOMA EN6 Messica site. The aim is to ensure the timely provision of creosote in accordance with specified technical and quality standards to support operational needs.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Supply and delivery of one load of 32 tons of creosote.
• Preferably sending the creosote in a 32,000-liter tank equipped with a pump for efficient transfer into storage tanks.
• Delivery address: IFLOMA EN6 Messica, Province: Manica, Mozambique.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Provision of creosote in a tank capacity of approximately 32,000 liters.
• The tank should be equipped with a pump to facilitate pumping into storage tanks.
• Delivery must adhere to quality standards suitable for the intended application.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Compliance with B-BBEE verification requirements, either through SANAS-accredited certificates or sworn affidavits for EME/QSE entities.
• Registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) within 7 working days if not already registered.
• Provision of relevant company documentation, including ID copies of directors and proof of local address.
• Understanding and adherence to the SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Ability to meet logistical and technical specifications for the supply and delivery of creosote.
