Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering hospitality staff uniforms and protective workwear, including PPE, for the Front-of-House staff and chefs at the Esselenpark Campus. The supply is required on an as-and-when-needed basis over a period of twenty-four (24) months.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses the supply and delivery of various hospitality staff uniforms and protective clothing, including but not limited to:

• Chef’s jackets (roll-up long sleeve with tab)
• Chef’s pants
• Aprons
• Lady’s skirts
• Safety shoes
• Men’s trousers
• Lady’s pencil skirts
• Men’s winter jerseys
• Lady’s winter jerseys
• Men’s shoes and socks
• Lady’s shoes and socks
• Pencil dresses
• Lady’s skirts
• Lady’s jersey cardigans
• Chiffon scarves
• Additional uniform items as specified

The delivery is to be made on an as-and-when-required basis over the 24-month period.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of specified uniform items in accordance with the descriptions provided (e.g., style, size, and specifications).
• Delivery of garments and PPE in good condition, suitable for use in hospitality and food preparation environments.
• Items must be delivered on an as-and-when-required basis, adhering to specified delivery conditions.
• Proper processing of orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Compliance with safety standards, especially for PPE and safety footwear.

Skills Requirements

The tenderer must demonstrate:

• Experience in supplying hospitality uniforms and PPE to large organizations or similar sectors.
• Capability to manage and process multiple orders efficiently over an extended period.
• Ability to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines consistently.
• Technical expertise in uniform manufacturing or sourcing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Strong logistical and supply chain management skills to handle as-and-when deliveries.
