Objectives

The primary objective of the tender is to procure the supply and delivery of lubricants for the Dredging Services fleet over a period of eighteen (18) months on an "as and when required" basis. The aim is to ensure the availability of the correct lubricant grades and associated documentation to support both planned and breakdown maintenance of the fleet equipment, matching specified grades or approved equivalents.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of new, unused, sealed, and clearly labelled lubricants corresponding to the grades listed in the fleet register.
• Provision of technical documentation such as product data sheets and safety data sheets for each lubricant supplied.
• Delivery to specified ports or locations within the TNPA Dredging Services environment, as confirmed by the end user.
• Quantities to be supplied on a rate-based, "as and when required" basis, with quantities to be confirmed prior to delivery.
• Exclusions: installation, servicing, oil changes, sampling, filtration, disposal, repairs, calibration, or commissioning unless separately instructed.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications are based on the lubricant grades, equipment, and applications listed in the Fleet Lubricants Comprehensive Register. Bidders must:

• Supply the exact specified lubricant grade or an approved equivalent supported by datasheets, SDS, and compatibility statements.
• Submit current product data sheets for each lubricant, clearly identifying product name, viscosity/grade, application, key properties, approvals, and manufacturer/distributor details.
• Provide current safety data sheets suitable for review prior to delivery, handling, or storage.
• Ensure lubricants are in sealed containers, properly labelled, and compliant with safety and environmental standards.
• Adhere to packaging, handling, and delivery requirements, including proper labelling and documentation.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Capability to supply lubricants that meet the technical specifications and application requirements.
• Proven experience in supplying lubricants to similar fleet or industrial applications.
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, supported by relevant documentation.
• Ability to provide technical support, datasheets, SDS, and warranty/quality documentation promptly.
• Capacity to deliver within specified lead times and to multiple locations as required.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, safety protocols, and environmental regulations applicable to lubricant supply and handling.
