Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for this tender include:

• Provision of the specified quantities of office refreshments as listed.
• Delivery of goods to the designated address within the stipulated timeframe.
• Compliance with all conditions outlined in the RFQ, including submission of mandatory documentation such as B-BBEE verification certificates or sworn affidavits, proof of residence (if applicable), and registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Adherence to the SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct, which bidders must confirm having read and understood.
• Provision of accurate pricing inclusive of VAT, and completion of all required forms and declarations.
• Compliance with the conditions for disqualification, including tax compliance, valid B-BBEE credentials, and truthful disclosure of information.

• Submission of promissory notes signed by authorized officials before delivery.
• Ensuring that all goods meet the specified quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Provision of returnable documents as specified in the RFQ.
