Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver printing cartridges to the Assets & Returns Department of Saldanha Bay Municipality. The procurement aims to ensure the availability of compatible, high-quality printing cartridges to support departmental operations efficiently.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of various printing cartridges, including specific models such as HP Officejet Pro 9013, Pantum P2500W, Canon MF 8280CW, and others as detailed in the specifications. Delivery must be made within one week after official order issuance to the Municipality Stores at Marias Industrial, Vredenburg. The tender covers the provision of cartridges on an as-needed basis, with quantities estimated for evaluation purposes.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of ink cartridges including models such as HP 963XL Yellow, Black, Cyan, Magenta, and equivalent compatible cartridges for specified printers.
• Cartridges must be compatible with the specified copier and printer models, ensuring no damage or malfunction.
• Pricing must include delivery charges.
• All cartridges must meet the specifications outlined in the tender document, with equivalent items being acceptable if they meet the technical standards.
• Suppliers must provide warranty for the cartridges supplied.
• Proper packaging and clear marking of courier packages with the RFQ number are mandatory.

Skills Requirements
