Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering promotional items, including branded snack coolers, non-woven drawstring bags, and custom-designed 8GB USB credit cards, to meet the needs of Saldanha Bay Municipality.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of specified promotional items as detailed in the pricing schedule, with quantities and specifications provided. The items must be branded with logos and artwork supplied by the municipality, and delivery must be completed by the specified date to the designated delivery address.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of branded snack coolers (40 units), branded non-woven drawstring bags (50 units), and custom-designed 8GB USB credit cards (25 units).
• Logos and artwork will be provided in PDF and CorelDraw formats.
• Pricing must be inclusive of delivery charges.
• Quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date.
• All items must conform to the specifications provided; deviations may result in additional costs or disqualification.
• Delivery must be made by the specified delivery date to the Municipality Stores at Marias Industrial, Vredenburg.

Skills and Skills Requirements

• Ability to produce high-quality branded promotional items as per provided artwork and specifications.
• Experience in manufacturing and branding promotional products, including coolers, bags, and USB credit cards.
• Capacity to meet delivery deadlines and handle bulk orders efficiently.
• Compliance with municipal procurement policies, including proper documentation and adherence to technical and legal standards.
• Proficiency in providing accurate pricing, including delivery charges, and ensuring quotations are valid for the required period.
• Ability to provide proof of B-BBEE status and local residency as required for preferential procurement points.
