Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of Safety Reflector Waist Coats (EN4 Class 2) garments to meet safety and operational requirements of Transnet Freight Rail. The aim is to ensure the provision of compliant, high-quality safety garments that enhance visibility and safety of personnel.

Scope

It includes all related logistics, packaging, and compliance with technical standards required by Transnet.

Technical Requirements

• The garments must meet EN4 Class 2 safety standards for reflective clothing.
• The waist coats should be of durable, high-visibility material with reflective strips as specified.
• Sizes required include 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL, with specified quantities.
• The garments must be compliant with relevant safety and quality standards, and suitable for operational use in the rail environment.

Skills and Skills Requirements

The tender requires suppliers to demonstrate:
