Scope

• Filters designed for specific pressure, flow rate, pore size, filtration area, temperature limits, and connection types.

The technical specifications for the syringe filters include:

• Material: Durapore hydrophilic PVDF membrane, Durapel hydrophobic PVDF vent filter, copolyester housing, and polyethylene cap.

• Average water flow rate: 100 mL/min at 1.4 bar (20 psi).
• Filter pore sizes: 0.22 µm (Durapore GV membrane), 0.1 µm (Durapel vent filter).
• Filtration area: 10 cm² (1.55 in²).
• Temperature limit: 45°C (113°F).
• Sterility: Sterile, gamma irradiated.
• Connections: Female Luer-Lok inlet, male tubing adapter or male Luer-Lok outlet.
• Dimensions: Diameter approximately 1.7 cm (filter without filling bell), length approximately 6.9 cm (without filling bell).

Skills Requirements
