Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of ticketing containers with branding and peak season branding for uShaka Marine World. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the specified branded ticketing containers as detailed in the RFQ, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of ticketing containers with specific branding and peak season branding as per the provided specifications.
• Provision of various sizes and quantities of branded containers, including frames and di-bond panels with full colour print and UV lamination.
• Participation in site briefings and adherence to administrative and technical requirements outlined in the RFQ.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the ticketing containers are as follows:

• Frames: 50 x 50 mm Mild Steel, Hot Dipped Galvanized, 3mm Di-bond with full colour print and UV laminated.
• Sizes and Quantities:
  • 2100mm x 2400mm – 10 units
  • 5200mm x 800mm – 10 units
  • 1500mm x 1500mm – 20 units
  • 2000mm x 2000mm – 25 units
  • 1200mm x 1200mm – 30 units
  • A1 size – 40 units

Skills Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database and eThekwini Supplier Portal.
• Ability to meet administrative compliance, including submission of tax clearance, TCC, and income tax reference numbers.
• Technical capability to produce branded ticketing containers according to specifications.
• Experience in handling large-scale branding and manufacturing projects.
• Understanding of procurement procedures and compliance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Regulations.
• Capacity to participate in site briefings and adhere to project timelines.
