Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider to supply and deliver two pull-up banners focused on gender-based violence, femicide, gender equity, human rights, and related themes, to support municipal awareness campaigns.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of two high-quality pull-up banners as per specified design and technical requirements.
• Delivery of the banners to the Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality offices in Creighton.
• Compliance with the technical specifications, branding, and language requirements outlined in the tender.
• Submission of all required documentation and supporting evidence to qualify for evaluation.

Technical Requirements

The banners must meet the following specifications:

• Quantity: 2 pull-up banners
• Design: White background with a red rights hand (Stop Gender Based Violence) symbol at the bottom right, and messages promoting prevention of gender-based violence, femicide, vulnerable groups, human rights, and gender equality.
• Size: 850mm x 2000mm
• Material: Cotton
• Color: Municipal colors and logo included
• Languages: English and IsiZulu
• Base: Standard silver base for stability

Skills and Experience Requirements

The service provider must demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in supplying and delivering promotional banners or similar signage for awareness campaigns.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, durable banners that meet specified design and technical standards.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and deliver within the stipulated timeframe.
• Compliance with municipal procurement policies and submission of all supporting documentation, including company registration, tax clearance, and proof of municipal service payments.
• Understanding of branding and messaging related to gender-based violence and human rights initiatives.
