The primary objective of this tender is to supply, replace, and install new Mentis barriers (handrails) at the Tanker Basin - Eastern Mole in the Port of Cape Town. This involves the removal and replacement of damaged or bent handrail sections and posts/stanchions to ensure safety and compliance with port standards.
