• Bidder must provide proof of compliance with BBB-EE or Sworn Affidavit for enterprise ownership status.
• Bidder should demonstrate capacity to deliver the specified quantity within the stipulated timeframe.
• Bidder must complete all mandatory documentation, including the Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4), and adhere to the procurement policies and regulations.
• Experience in supplying medical or similar protective equipment is preferred.
• Ability to meet quality standards and specifications as per the detailed annexure.
