Closed Quotes shall be stapled and placed in sealed envelopes, endorsed “CQ 4099-10 – SUPPLY RADIO DATA” and must be placed in the Closed Quote Box at the SCM Unit, No.2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza, not later than 12h00 on 11 November 2025 where all quotes will be opened in public. Late, electronic or faxed Quotes will not be accepted.
The primary objective of this tender is to procure supply data for 25 PTT (Push-to-Talk) radios to meet the communication needs of KwaDukuza Municipality. The aim is to ensure the municipality acquires reliable radio communication equipment through a competitive bidding process.
