Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver diesel fuel to GJ Crookes Hospital, ensuring a reliable and timely provision of 11,000 liters of diesel to support hospital operations, including generator power supply and other essential functions.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of 50PPM type diesel to GJ Crookes Hospital, including:

• Provision of 7,500 liters of diesel, tested upon arrival for purity.
• Delivery to specified hospital tanks, including offloading and reporting procedures.
• Compliance with technical specifications such as diesel quality standards and delivery requirements.
• Adherence to safety, packaging, and documentation standards during transportation and offloading.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of 50PPM type diesel in a quantity of 7,500 liters, with testing upon arrival.
• Delivery to designated hospital tanks, including offloading procedures with safety measures.
• Use of licensed delivery vehicles with appropriate connections (10-12 meters “3” or 80mm cam lock female connection).
• Provision of delivery notes post-offloading and reporting to hospital maintenance.
• Diesel must meet the specified quality standard (50PPM type diesel).
• Compliance with packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements.
• Adherence to safety protocols during offloading and transportation.

Skills Requirements

• Qualified fuel delivery personnel with experience in handling bulk diesel transportation and offloading.
