Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver 2000 MMC (Male Medical Circumcision) Hygiene Packs to the Ilembe District Office, ensuring that the packs meet specified standards and specifications to support patient care and health initiatives related to male circumcision procedures.

Scope

The scope encompasses the procurement, supply, and delivery of 2000 hygiene packs, each containing specified items such as containers, face cloths, bath soap, adjustable belts, gauze, and carry bags, all conforming to the detailed specifications provided. The delivery is a once-off process to the designated Ilembe District Office address within the specified timeframe.

Technical Requirements

• Supply and deliver 2000 hygiene packs as per attached specifications.
• Items must include:
  • Plastic container (500ml) with wide opening
  • 100% cotton face cloth/towel (30cm x 30cm)
  • Antimicrobial bath soap (100g – 125g)
  • Adjustable washable belt/strap with item holder
  • High-quality gauze or wire (75mm x 75mm or 50mm x 50mm)
  • Polyester carry bag with DOH logo and specific print
• Items must meet the specified quality standards and dimensions.
• All items must be new, unused, and conform to the specifications attached in the annexure.
• Delivery must be completed within the agreed timeframe, with proper packing to prevent damage during transit.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying medical or health-related hygiene products.
• Ability to meet detailed technical specifications and quality standards.
• Capacity to deliver the specified quantity within the stipulated timeframe.
• Compliance with procurement regulations and documentation requirements, including submission of samples, registration certificates, and ID copies.
