• Breakfast at 10:30 AM with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and sandwiches
• Lunch at 13:00 with specified menu items (meats, vegetables, salads, starches, drinks, water)
• Delivery to the National Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, Old Magistrate Building, Kimberley.
• Provision of tablecloths, crockery, and cutlery for 50 people.
• Submission of proof of address from Kimberley and compliance with location-specific goals.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of catering services as per the specified menu and schedule.
• Delivery of food and beverages to the designated address on time.
