Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations from qualified service providers for the Supply and Delivery of Soft Drinks to uShaka Marine World for a duration of four months. The aim is to ensure a consistent supply of various soft drinks as detailed in the RFQ, meeting the organization's requirements for quality, quantity, and timely delivery.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses:

• Provision of a wide range of soft drinks, including bottled water, carbonated drinks, energy drinks, and flavored beverages, in specified pack sizes.
• Delivery of the ordered soft drinks within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
• Supply period covering four months from the date of contract award.
• Compliance with all technical specifications, administrative, and legal requirements as outlined in the RFQ documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the soft drinks include:

• Product types and pack sizes, such as:
• Water Valpre Sparkling Glass Bottle - 12 x 750ml
• Water Valpre Still Glass Bottle - 12 x 750ml
• Water Valpre Sparkling Plastic Bottle - 24 x 500ml
• Water Valpre Still Plastic Bottle - 24 x 500ml
• Appetizer Bottle - 24 x 275ml
• Coca-Cola Bottle - 6 x 2lt
• Coke Zero Bottle - 6 x 2lt
• Energy Drinks (e.g., Monster, Predator, Reboost) - 24 x 500ml
• Other beverages such as Fanta, Sprite, Lemonade, Tonic, etc., in specified pack sizes.
• Fixed pricing for the entire four-month period.
• Delivery within 48 hours after receipt of order.
• All prices quoted must be fixed for the duration of the contract.
• Submission of tax clearance, income tax reference number, security pin, and TCC number.
• Compliance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Regulations, including the 80/20 preference point system.
• Adherence to administrative and legal requirements, including submission of relevant forms and declarations.
