Objectives

• Items must conform to the specifications provided in the annexure, including quality standards and packaging requirements.
• Items such as pens, files, and drum units must meet the detailed descriptions and technical specifications outlined in the annexures.
• Samples or physical viewing of items may be required for certain products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Delivery must be made to the designated address at Umgeni Hospital, Old Main Road, Howick, within the agreed delivery period.
• All goods must meet the relevant standards and quality requirements specified in the tender documents.

Skills and Competency Requirements

• Proven capacity to supply and deliver stationery items in accordance with technical specifications.
