The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive fleet management, vehicle location, and monitoring system for Bergrivier Municipality. The system aims to enhance vehicle tracking, driver behavior monitoring, and fleet management functionalities to improve operational efficiency, safety, and reporting capabilities across the municipality's vehicle fleet.
The scope includes the supply, installation, and ongoing monitoring of a fleet management system covering all hardware components, supporting services, software interfaces, and integration with existing systems. The system must support a total of 140 vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and construction equipment, with hardware installation, user training, and software support from the date of appointment until 31 January 2027.
