Scope

This is a one-off supply contract for two specific items:

• Twenty (20) junior flush master complete sets
• Twenty (20) flush master kit cartridges

Delivery must be made directly to the hospital’s designated location. The quotation validity period is ninety (90) days. Successful suppliers will be evaluated based on price, specification compliance, and preferential procurement criteria. All products must be delivered within the timeframe specified in the awarded contract.

Technical Requirements

• Junior flush master complete set: Model FJ-100, designed for exposed back-entry toilets, finished in chrome.
• Flush master kit cartridge: Urinal piston type for flush valves, finished in chrome.
• Quality Standard: Both items require SABS approval and must comply with national quality benchmarks.
• Product Condition: Goods must be brand new, unused, and possess a minimum shelf life of six months from the date of delivery.
• Sample Submission: Physical samples or high-resolution images are mandatory for the top three scoring bidders during the final evaluation stage.
• Documentation: Quotations must strictly adhere to the official standard bidding forms without retyping or unauthorized alterations.

No specialized technical skills, installation services, or training are required. The tender focuses exclusively on the supply of pre-manufactured hardware components.
