Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver left and right anatomical markers in the form of square 12 x 12mm radius lead markers, to meet the needs of the Outpatients X-ray Department at Umphumulo Hospital. The procurement aims to ensure the availability of standardized anatomical markers for medical imaging purposes, complying with specified standards and specifications.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, and potential installation of two units of anatomical markers (left and right) as specified in the detailed technical requirements. The procurement is a once-off contract, with a validity period of 90 days from the date of advertisement, and delivery to be made to the specified hospital address at R74 Greytown Road, Maphumulo 4470. The scope also includes adherence to all relevant procurement policies, standards, and contractual conditions outlined in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements
