Scope

Technical Requirements

• Product must be professional-grade, new, unopened, and specifically formulated for machine buffing of sealed hard-floor surfaces such as vinyl and PVC.
• Must deliver a uniform, streak-free finish without excessive residue.

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and maintain active tax compliance status with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
