Objectives

Scope

The scope includes the provision of the specified quantity of drum units (12 units) for Brother DR3607 printers. The contract is a once-off purchase, with the expectation that all items supplied conform to the required standards and specifications.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of genuine Brother DR3607 drum units in black color.
• Only genuine Brother cartridges/drum units will be accepted; no generic or refilled cartridges.
• Provision of proof of distribution rights via a distributor letter from MUSTEK.
• The drum units must be new, unused, and of the most recent models, incorporating all recent design and material improvements.
• Packaging must prevent damage during transit, with appropriate marking and documentation.
• Delivery must be in accordance with the specified terms, including timely submission of required documents.
• Warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery or 18 months from shipment, covering defects arising from design, materials, or workmanship.
