Scope

The scope covers the supply and delivery of 2,000 units of DVD-R discs to the specified hospital location. It is a single-delivery, once-off contract with a quotation validity period of 90 days. The supplier is responsible for delivering all items to the designated destination, with all associated transportation and handling costs included in the quoted price. Expired, used, or second-hand products are strictly excluded. All supplied goods must remain valid for a minimum of six months upon delivery.
