Objectives

Skills and Skills Requirements

While the tender primarily focuses on the supply of goods, the following skills and capabilities are essential for bidders:

• Proven experience in supplying similar guttering products within the past 24 months, supported by stamped invoices, delivery notes, or reference letters
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) for South African bidders, with an active status and a report not older than 2 months
• For international bidders, the ability to request and submit an SBD 1 form and complete the SBD 4 declaration
• Understanding of procurement procedures and compliance with government procurement policies and conditions
• Capability to provide proof of BBBEE certification and meet preferential procurement criteria (disadvantaged status, gender, disability)
