Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure and supply navy blue woolen beanies with the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health logo (8cm) for the Department of Health at RK Khan Hospital. The aim is to fulfill the department's requirement for branded headwear, ensuring quality and compliance with specified standards.

Scope

The scope includes the supply of a total of 4 units of navy blue woolen beanies with the KZN Department of Health logo (8cm). The procurement process covers the entire process from submission of quotations, adherence to technical and administrative requirements, to delivery at RK Khan Hospital. The contract is a once-off supply, with a validity period of 90 days for the quotation.

Technical Requirements

• Beanies must be navy blue woolen material.
• Each beanie must feature the KZN Department of Health logo (8cm) centrally at the front.
• Items must conform to the specifications outlined in the end-user and technical documentation.
• Suppliers must provide valid BBBEE certificates, sworn affidavits/certificates, and SANAS logo proof.
• All quotations must be submitted on official forms and delivered to the specified tender box.
• Samples may be required for inspection and must be made available upon request.
