Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure supplies of Test Load Check Strips for sterilization validation, specifically Type 4 TST lead check strips compatible with Browne Devices, to ensure effective sterilant penetration testing in steam sterilizers at RK Khan Hospital.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply of 10 packs of Test Load Check Strips, with the procurement being a once-off purchase. The tender covers all activities related to the delivery of the specified check strips to RK Khan Hospital, including compliance with technical specifications and administrative requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of Type 4 TST lead check strips, compatible with Browne Device.
• Each box must contain 400 strips.
• Product must meet SANAS/SABS/ISO standards and be certified by a regulatory body if applicable.
• Samples must be available upon request for verification against specifications.
• Delivery to be completed within the specified delivery period (e.g., 3 days or as stated).
• Product must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of supply.

Skills Requirements

• Bidder must demonstrate compliance with BBBEE certification and provide sworn affidavits with SANAS logo.
• Bidder must have the capacity to supply the specified quantity and meet quality standards.
