The primary objective of this tender is to procure and deliver standard kitchenware items to support the daily operational requirements of the designated municipal department. The successful service provider will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery to the specified department. 80/20 System: A preferential procurement scoring model where 80% of evaluation points are allocated to price competitiveness, and 20% are reserved for socio-economic transformation goals such as black ownership, enterprise development, and local economic participation.
Non-Responsive Tender: Any submission that omits mandatory information, deviates from specified quantities/materials, or fails to comply with prescribed conditions will be deemed non-responsive and excluded from further evaluation.
