Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Temperature Probe Covers that meet specified standards and requirements for use at Ngwelezana Hospital. Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of 5 packets of 100 temperature probe covers each, as specified in the detailed requirements.
• Delivery of the items to Ngwelezana Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
• Compliance with technical specifications, standards (SABS approved), and quality standards.
• Participation in compulsory site inspection and submission of samples before award.

Technical Requirements

• Made of materials that conform to SABS standards and are approved for medical use.
• Size, color, and material specifications to be in accordance with the attached detailed specifications.

• Sample submission is mandatory before or on the closing date for evaluation; failure to submit samples will disqualify the bid.
