| Briefing Date Details: | 2 Formal Briefing A compulsory pre-proposal site meeting and RFQ briefing will be conducted at CRANES WSHOP TRANSNET PIER 2 on the 17 October 2025, at 10H00 for a period of ± 1hours. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in Section 7 hereto must be completed and submitted with your Proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting and/or RFQ briefing. 2.2 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFQ briefing will be disqualified. The certificate of attendance and/or the attendance register will be used as proof/evidence of attendance. 2.3 Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFQ to the site meeting and RFQ briefing. 2.4 Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: [email protected] or 0832793645 this is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session. |
