Scope

Technical Requirements

• Mandatory registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and submission of a valid, current membership certificate.
• Deployment of fully uniformed, photo-identified officers who must carry official identification at all times.
• Pre-award security screening conducted by the State Security Agency.
• Comprehensive administrative compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax clearance, updated CIPC documents, B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit, and completion of all standard procurement forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, GCC, SCC).
• Firm pricing for the entire twelve-month period, with permissible adjustments restricted solely to Consumer Price Index (CPI) fluctuations or PSIRA-mandated rate changes.
• Strict adherence to General and Special Conditions of Contract, including performance security obligations, inspection rights, and penalty clauses for service delays or non-compliance.
