Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Supply of toner cartridges compatible with Brother HL 5350 DN printers, including Brother 3290TN toner and drum units.
• Products must conform to the specifications detailed in the tender documentation and attached annexures.
• Samples may be required for verification; failure to submit samples when requested may lead to disqualification.
• All products must be new, unused, and current models, incorporating recent design and material improvements.
• Suppliers must provide ownership certificates, BBBEE certificates, and Sworn Affidavits as part of mandatory documentation.
• Delivery must be completed within the agreed timeframe, with proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
• All quotations must be submitted on official forms, with prices inclusive of VAT if applicable.

Skills and Competency Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying office consumables, specifically toner cartridges, to healthcare or government institutions.
• Ability to provide certified copies of BBBEE certificates, ownership certificates, and relevant compliance documentation.
• Technical capability to supply products that meet specified standards and specifications, including the ability to submit samples for verification.
• Capacity to deliver within the stipulated timeframe and handle logistics efficiently.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, including adherence to the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 and related legislation.
• Competence in completing and submitting all required documentation accurately, including declaration forms and preference claim forms.
