The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver toner DR3607 for Brother printers at Rietvlei Hospital, ensuring the hospital's printing needs are met with compliant, quality products.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of toner DR3607 to Rietvlei Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, in accordance with the specified technical and quality standards. The procurement covers the entire process from quotation submission, technical compliance, to delivery at the designated hospital security gate.

Technical Requirements

• Supply and delivery of toner for Brother printer model DR3607.
• Item must conform to the detailed specifications provided in Annexure A, including size, colour, and material (details not fully legible but included in accompanying notes).
• Product must meet relevant SABS or SANS standards and be fully compliant with the specification form.
• Unit of measure: UNIT.
• No sample required unless specified; samples are retained if the bidder wins.
• Delivery to be made once-off, with the quote valid for 90 days.
• All delivery costs must be included in the quotation.

Skills and Competency Requirements

• Bidder must demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Completion and signing of Annexure A (Specification Form) is mandatory, with return of the signed form along with the quotation.
• Bidder must provide proof of South African ownership (ID copy or relevant documentation).
• Bidder must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide the unique registration number.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, including adherence to the Department of Health’s procurement policies and regulations.
• Ability to deliver within the specified delivery period and meet quality standards.
