Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure training services for addiction and anger management tailored for 23 staff members. The training aims to enhance participants' skills and knowledge in managing addiction and anger issues, with the training delivered in two groups. The service provider must be SETA accredited and compliant with SAQA standards to ensure quality and standards adherence.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Providing addiction and anger management training for 23 staff members, divided into two groups.
• Training must be conducted at the OBP premises.
• The service provider must be SETA accredited and provide valid SETA certification with the quotation.
• The training period must be indicated, and certificates of attendance must be issued to participants upon completion.

Technical Requirements

• The training service must be SETA accredited and aligned with SAQA standards.
• The service provider must provide proof of previous similar training supplied within the last 24 months (e.g., stamped invoices, delivery notes, or reference letters).
• The training must be conducted at OBP premises.
• Certificates of completion must be provided to attendees at the end of the training.
• The quotation must include the period of training.

Skills Requirements

• Service providers must be SETA accredited and demonstrate compliance with SAQA standards.
• Proven experience in delivering addiction and anger management training.
• Ability to provide valid SETA certification and certificates of attendance.
• Capability to deliver training at OBP premises within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of proof of previous relevant training supply within the last 24 months.
