Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the repairs of a blocked overflowing sewerage drain at Tsineng Police Station, as specified in the scope of works. The aim is to unblock and repair the sewerage system to ensure proper functionality and sanitation.

Scope

The scope is limited to the specific task of clearing and repairing the sewer drain at the designated location, with all work to be performed in accordance with the specifications and standards outlined in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Adherence to the technical specifications provided in the scope of works and item description table
• Use of appropriate equipment and materials that meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
• Compliance with health and safety regulations during execution
• Provision of a detailed work plan and schedule within 14 days of contract commencement
• Completion of work within the specified contract period and in accordance with the approved programme
• Proper disposal of waste and debris generated during the repair process
• Provision of testing and inspection reports as required to verify the quality of work

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in sewerage system repairs and maintenance, with at least 5 years of relevant project history
• Qualified personnel including certified plumbers and drainage specialists
• Ability to operate specialized equipment such as CCTV inspection tools, jetting machines, and excavation machinery
• Demonstrated capacity to manage health and safety protocols effectively
• Competence in project planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards governing sewerage repairs and construction
