• Pour Point: -12°C
• Flash Point: 260°C
• Auto-Ignition Temperature: 365°C
• Thermal Stability: Good
• Oxidation Resistance: Good
• Chemical Resistance: Sufficient

The oil must also demonstrate good oxidation resistance and chemical stability suitable for vacuum pump applications.

Skills and Supplier Requirements

• Provision of detailed product specifications, catalogue, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and data sheets.
• Submission of compulsory documentation including BBBEE certificates, disability confirmation (if applicable), and evidence supporting specific goal claims.
• Registration and application via the government procurement portal, with credentials supplied by OBP.
• Compliance with the General Conditions of Contract (July 2010) and procurement policies.
• Understanding of the evaluation criteria, including price and preference points, with the ability to provide proof of compliance for specific goals such as black ownership, women ownership, and disability status.
