Objectives

• Uniforms should be fully returnable as part of the offering.
• All responses must be submitted online; no fax submissions are accepted.

Skills and Compliance Requirements

• Service providers must study and comply with the general conditions, definitions, and directives related to the tender, including the Preferential Procurement Regulation of 2022 and the 80/20 system.
• Successful registration on the Nelson Mandela Bay Supplier Database is mandatory for tender acceptance.
• Respondents must reply within 36 hours of request from the department; failure to do so will render the tender non-responsive.
• All tender prices should be valid for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of tender submission.
